SUNDAY ASADO

on the 24th of march, and then the last sunday of every month from 1pm

Casa Esquina’s courtyard will transform into a fire-cooking spectacle. Watch as the chefs cook a special Asado menu over the open-flame BBQ and experience the flavours and lively atmosphere of Argentinian cooking. There will also be live music to soundtrack your relaxing Sunday session.

SAMPLE MENU:

Course 1: Canapes

Mini Chorizo and morcilla choripan, fresh chimichurri

Porchetta, sweet potato, salsa criolla

Course 2:

Roasted Chicken, smoked fennel, chimichurri rojo

Roscoldo Eggplant, goats cheese, toasted pine nuts, tomato

Course 3:

Portoro 4+ Tomahawks roasted over the fire

Whole Asado lamb, tortillas, dry chimichurri

Charcoal roasted sweet potato, brown butter

Grilled squash, gremolata, pickled fennel

Course 4:

Crepes by the fire, dulce de leche, seasonal fruit

$150pp for set menu
(beverage charged on consumption)

Terms & conditions

In the event of bad weather, Sunday Asado may be cancelled at the chef’s discretion. If canceled, guests will still have their booking honoured and can order from the standard a la carte menu, the deposit will be deducted from their final bill. Alternatively, guests can postpone their reservation to another Sunday Asado date. No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the event. $50 pp deposit required at booking.
